First, the client should know their difference and the raw materials they are suitable to process. The key difference is the crushing parallel strips. The parallel strip is very long for the shot head crusher, followed by the medium crusher. The parallel strip is the shortest for the standard cone crusher.
The final product of the short head cone crusher with long parallel strip is very fine. We usually use this type of cone crusher after the secondary crushing. While the final product of the standard cone crusher is a little bit coarse and the capacity is large. The final products of it can be used for the secondary crushing.
Thus, the capacity and final products are different because of the different crushing cavity.
