Introduction of LM-series Vertical Mill

LM-series vertical mill is one advanced mill, adopting top technology of domestic & abroad and based on many years’ mill experience. It can crush, dry, grind and classify the material, which is ideal grinding mill in pulverized coal production, power plant desulfurization, cement and slag plant. It is also the best choice for large sized non-metallic mineral ore grinding.

Features of LM-series Vertical Mill

1). Environmental protection.

It has low working noise and little dust. The grinded products will be filtered by high efficiency pulse dust collector, so the dust emission concentration will below the national environmental regulation (30mg/Nm).

2). Multiple classifier structure and wide range of adaptation.

There are two structure classifiers for LM vertical grinding mill; we can choose the most proper one according to different materials and different fineness requirements.

3). Mature and reliable hydraulic device.

The hydraulic device can adjust the roller pressure automatically according to different materials. So that the mill can always maintain the best condition, not only reduce the consumption of wasted effort, but also extend the life of roller sleeve and liner.

4). Automated electronic control system.

Our vertical mill has advanced electronic control system, enabling PLC control, centralized control and DCS control, which can meet different customers’ need.

5). Rocker and roller device

The roller device has a pair of self-aligning roller bearing, and the seal cage of bearings extend to the chassis, which can ensure the roller bearings dustproof.

  2. Hot air is only necessary if outlet moisture is required to be less than inlet moisture.
