Introduction of Spring Cone Crusher
Spring cone crusher is mainly used for crushing hard and mid-hard stone, such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, silica, granite, basalt and diabase, etc, widely available in the industries of metallurgical, construction, road building, chemistry and phosphate.
Features of Spring Cone Crusher
1) High-efficiency working and low power consumption
Movable cone makes continuous rotation and crushing and unloading work alternately.
Raw material gets extruded, bend, and sheared and broken easily with low power consumption.
2) Particle size in uniformity
When movable cone works, parallel strip will be formed between the movable cone and fixed cone. The parallel makes the output being cubic shape in uniform size and abrasion will be well-distributed on the movable cone.
3) Longer lifespan
Both grease and water sealing prevent machine from impurities, keep the cleaning of lubricating oil and extend the lifespan of sliding bearing and ball bearing.
